I take ashwaganda, zinc, vit d, lift weights every day and get sun exposure + exercise.

It's also probably genetics. I remember feeling similarly to this when I was 14 before I had scoliosis. The cortisol I had from stressing about looks and chronic pain was suppressing my t and ashwaganda fixed that. I do feel as if it is getting less effective though. But when I get a random T boost it's definitely there.
