Try a moisturizer and if they don't get fixed then ask a plastic surgeon, that's pretty much all there is.

I've got the kind of dark circles that are not helped with fillers, according to a surgeon, maybe autologous fat grafting could be a solution.

Other solution is increasing skin thickness, with Tretinoin, and growth factors (EGF).
