Gold skin = natural skin with gold or olive undertones.
Many Arabs, mulattos, Asians and Latinos have skin that fits this description perfectly.
Most white people, including Mediterranean Europeans, have white skin with pink undertones; they try to cope with tanning and Melanotan to get the appearance of gold skin. That isn't gold skin.
