So I was at my orthodontist so he can take xrays and pictures before I start my ortho treatment and get braces on for jaw surgery, he was still grilling me to not do the surgery and was asking me "what are you trying to achieve by advancing your jaw froward? what are you trying to look like?! you are already good looking son please reconsider this!" JFL
So me knowing that he will never get blackpilled I wanted to go full joker on his ass

I looked at him with a serious face and told him "well tbh doctor I would love to look like this guy"

I was about 14mm recessed (jaw wise) according to top surgeons like Gunson, plus I had sleep apnea, and almost every local ortho I consulted with told me I had good facial balance and refused to take my case lol. That's how blind the average orthodontist is in terms of facial aesthetics
