I don't know how you can deal with like 3 hours of daylight. Even in Paris the days are noticeably shorter than they are in Pennsylvania during the winter. And they're too short in Pennsylvania. I need to retire to Costa Rica.

I split my time but primarily reside in Mitteleuropa overcast and truly middle of the road weather for most days and the weather truly lives up to the regions name.

I love snow though. Winter is the best season by far. North Europeans are spoiled

Me neither, it's fuckin brutal. Like 80% of the population gets depressed in these times, and it is noticable.
I will be moving near the equator soon, good that you plan on doing the same.
