i have gotten a groin hernia

it does not hurt and is only noticable when i brace, anyone that has had/has the same? and has it gone away on its own

i have done some reasearch and most need operation

i got checked for that, luckily no i do not i would get surgery tho i think it can be deadly if strangulated inguinal hernia
