I have gotten so much stronger after 3 months of half assed working out

I could barely do a diamond pushup, and now I can do them for reps like it's nothing. Started with 7 pullups, now at 12. All I did was grease the groove and get sore like once a week doing 3 sets to failure of push ups and pullups.

I was having great results with less frequency as well, many routines you are overworking and cant fully recover 100%

Thats why you see some people say they are stronger after stopping for a week, they are having result but overtraining themselves

Yeah, for me it was out of laziness that I did low volume, but the difference is very noticeable in strength, and I did not expect it.

Honestly, this is the first time I stuck with working out for longer than a month and its motivating. I have made some cordura sandbags and will incorporate them next also start doing dips and inverted rows. No weights just calistheniscs and sandbags will be enough for me I think.
