Both, you also gotta train the sides. I put a 2.5kg plate on my ear and curl sideways while laying off the end of my bed

I’ve given up on my forearms, I’ve accepted that no matter what I do they will never grow

But I went bouldering a few weeks ago and had forearm DOMS for an entire week

Most bodybuilders are modern day slaves. There is nothing noble about picking excessive weights. It's literally the most peasant activity you could ever force upon yourself.

Now it’s 14.5

It’s a huge failo cause I have a big skull AND wide shoulders

Mirin :feelsokman: im up .8inches forgot when I started but around january. Bought a neck harness but its a shitty one (extensions bore me) so I only do neck curls 3sets with a plate then finish off each set with bodyweight. Always to failure then hold the final rep static. Trying to progressive overload on the weight instead of pussying out with high reps works, but be careful and perfect your form (water) or you will be paralyzed boyo. GL with your gains
