I think I’m entering a second puberty at 18

I started puberty at 12, had a big growth spurt at 14, from 5’6 to 6’1, and then since 14, my body and face haven’t really changed much, at least in terms of bones.
I have also had gyno since I was 13.

I recently turned 18, and I’ve been sleeping a lot and eating a lot and I feel super strong all the time.
I feel strong and full of energy.
My progress in the gym has skyrocketed and I can dunk a basketball easier than ever before.

Yeah but I’ve noticed changes in my face over the past 3-4 months.
I have lost body fat so that could be it, but my bones have been growing.

I think I experienced something like this but I had puberty at 16 tho my voice even got deeper at 20 and my face changed a lot after 18

Your testosterone peaks at 18-20. That's probably what you're seeing

Testosterone influences facial bones, energy and strength, and it is sort of a "second puberty" (technically the first one just never ended)
