I’ve had it since I was 15-16, and I think it’ll continue growing now that I’m on anti-androgens, if it grows a little more could I larp and say it hurts a lot and get the surgery?

I’m also on dut .5mg, and bica 50mg, I used to use raloxifene but I’m afraid of the liver pain
