Moderately high is good. Unless you have symptoms.

I have the same, and high heart rate. My t3 is over the norm. My t4 is right at the edge.
I have problems building muscle, and have issues to gain weight.
But you will not get treated with close-to-norm values. That is despite the reference range being basically an average of an increasingly sick society.
I would advise you to take other values related to your thyroid to rule out any serious issues.
Also, compounds like Hgh increase the conversion from t4 to t3, so you should be wary about these.
In contrast to what many people believe, high t3 is not desirable. Ideally it should be moderately high.
