Me too, the best way to control it is to simply convert into someone who is known as a calm person, and identify that way, along with just being as patient as you can, I know what it feels like when the anger literally heats up inside your stomach and rises LOL.

Just walk away, or apologize knowing your right, humbling yourself feels good looking back in retrospect.
