I have just bought an epilator and a hair removal cream

Should I use the hair removal cream first and then finish with the epilator? Should I just skip the cream and use the epilator only? I am planning on shaving everything, from legs to shoulders.

Epliator first.
If you do the cream first you can't use the epilator after.
