I have klinefelters confirmed

I workout mostly for hypertrophy, it did increase but not in a faster way.

If your objective is pure strenght then do less sets and less reps.
Yea I'm increasing my strength but it's taking forever I mean I should be doing at least 100 kgs bench but I can't even do 70 kgs I mean I try hard for strength but still genetics hold me back

If its your objective then fine, but mostly of strength is male gaze, women doesnt care how much you bench jfl. They care about muscular bodies and muscle =/= strenght

Then I have curves like i store my fat in side hips
Third I have long arms

My dick is only 5 inches these r all signs of low testosterone and klinefelters

I am 21 I don't even know if starting test will make me masculine

I can't do anything at this point like i do gymcelling try hard to not get tired but I just can't still I will keep on fighting

I don't know. But something is not working right. I doubt you did the right things but I also understand doing the right things might not be a huge change for you.

Yea very minimal change idk what to do I can't change it just give my best
 
you gotta start dieting to lose the fat and start a T only cycle after you learn how to workout i can help you with the best fitness coaches
