Yea I'm increasing my strength but it's taking forever I mean I should be doing at least 100 kgs bench but I can't even do 70 kgs I mean I try hard for strength but still genetics hold me backI workout mostly for hypertrophy, it did increase but not in a faster way.
If your objective is pure strenght then do less sets and less reps.
