Also check if You have anterior pelvic tilt

You can gain 2cm

Kyphosis is in your thoracic spine (upper back) not your neck.
Lordosis concerns your neck area (and lumbar spine - lower back).
Not easy to tell but might have a little anterior head carriage but everyone these days does. Just lift your head up a bit more jfl.

you wont gain 2cms, maybe 0.25cm though. you need to have severe nerd neck to get 2cm jfl
