Do they just mail you your fees? I worked at the library at my school back in 2016, and had Henry Ford's "The International Jew" checked out the two years I worked there, and contemplated stealing it but turned it back in before graduation.

surely that will go to credit collections after a while?
They generally collect this stuff from cautionary deposit but I never paid the cautionary amount that required a seperate transaction from the tution fee that I never approved so it declined
