i have micrognathia not sure why i would want to live anymore

without lower jaw surgery im around under a 4 on face iqs scale. never gone a day in the past 4 years without jutting. my eye area is my only good thing for them being blue with good pct and PFL. but my face is completely fucked up from having short face syndrome from micrognathia/ a severe deep bite. Sfs is one of the worst possible falios. when severe it makes you look so retarded that the average person would assume you have a deformity and are retarded in some way like having down syndrome

unlike just having a recessed jaw and looking weak, sfs makes you literally look retarded, low iq and quite similar to having down syndrome or some other disability. i literally can’t help but look at the guy in the photo and have my conscience assume he is retarded mentally. it’s out of my control and most people’s. now imagine looking like that and having a normal iq and having to live like that. i can’t imagine it. unless you got super lucky and have all of your others stats maxed from your spawn point, theres really not much i can think of that you’d want to live for.
ugly people don’t just lack some privileges, they are treated like they are subhuman. subconsciously by everyone. this world is not meant for ugly people to live happily
