For back pain and checking for scoliosis

Miraculously, my lower back, which has been in agony for months, has suddenly improved just before my appointment. Imma just act like it's the same, as it still hurts, and is bound to return to the same level after the appointment

As for scoliosis, yeah the bend test suggests I have it, and my torso is asymmetrical, but again, not as much as when I was referred for the appointment months ago, as I've been restraining my holding posture. My hips are still unlevel though. And the bend test results aren't severe either. So will they even bother checking properly? Idk

I may end up looking like a fool, but my back problems are very real, even if the Indian I have the appointment with doesn't think so. So who cares?

The only area that would be possible would be very low down in my spine, cos I got some fucked up hips. The rest won't be bad enough

What are your symptoms?
Of what?
Lower back pain, mainly on right side. Was terrible when bending especially. Seems to have improved slightly

Occasional sensitive localised pain in the centre at the very bottom of the back. Not frequent, but had it for like a week a couple of months ago, when slightly bending to the left

One hip higher than the other. Waistband always sits angled. The lower hip more forward/closer to the ceiling when lying down

Occasional snapping/clicking in one part of my mid back on the left side. Not as much as a few months ago, but sometimes painful

When I went to GP months ago, I had more of a lateral shift, where my right hip stuck out a lot more and I was shifted to the left. Kind of corrected that by consciously changing my posture

It could just be strained muscles if you don’t have sciatica symptoms. Is there anything which makes the pain better?

Lying down and moving
You should get an MRI, it would tell you if you have a slipped disc. But even if you do, the treatment is just resting and doing some basic exercises to strengthen your core.

Also can you not use your muscles to fix your hip alignment at all?

I've tried
Idk if the right hip is lower or just rotated forward and appears lower. I think it's a combination of both

Also, it being the right hip lower, means if I lift that hip up by raising my right leg or whatever, my torso becomes more asymmetrical, probably because I have a left lumbar curve in my spine (raised side when bending over) and this makes that worse. That's another thing. Logically right hip should be higher if anything, but it's lower

Can you lie flat on your back and press your whole back flat against the floor? Usually involves engaging the core
