Retainers just prevent teeth from shifting back to malocclusion in most cases. Wont affect jaw relationship if thats what you are wearing for

I ditched mine this year haven’t worn since February

Same haven’t worn mine in months untill my mom crashed out since I haven’t been wearing them

and wakes me up every morning asking me I wore them or not

My teeth have alr shifted

this is my 2nd pair but I got this pair like a year or two ago atp

and it still fits it does hurt when taking them off in the morning though

I do think my pattle has gotten bigger since last time I got my retainers so I really hope ts doesn’t rest my progress
