Couldn't sleep more than 4 hours, just woke up at 4am after my whole body fucking hurting.

Everything blacks out and my heart beats super hard if I lean down or stand up.

I don't wanna get healthcare tho, they would probably realize that it's caused by drug abuse, and my parents would be all over my shit.

God if you hear me, I will never be ungrateful again. I know that I called this on myself, but I swear I'll change if you just give me a chance to.

Go to a doctor you retard and get properly diagnosed.
