Your eyebrows dont look that dense but eyebrow dyeing is easy asf. Still should be thicker tho. Your hair looks kind of dry have you tried a leave in conditioner or moisturising product. Maybe its just because of that but looking at it now i personally would dye it jet black if it makes a good difference every little thing you do adds up to the bigger picture. One piece of the puzzle at a time
