im gonna use HQ 4% + tret 0.025 everyday to remove my tan
my family genes are acne free, all my family members never experienced acne. will tret purge happen to me?

You're inevitably bound to purge, specially if you start using a strong active like retinoid all of a sudden. But, I'm not sure about other people, but the purge I got from tretinoin wasn't really acne, it was more like red, irritated, dry and irritated skin with a lot of flaking, and I thought that was the general experience. Given your background I don't think you're gonna get any acne from the retinoid purge, make sure to use squalane oil though, you're getting some dryness 4 sure.

Well… I didn't suffer from acne per se, what I had were comedones and some textural irregularities, I'm unsure if comedones classify as a type of acne.
