When we had to read a book for an essay i just went on the internet and looked up summaries of the book. What is it like to finish a book? I think my reading speed is like 10 words a minute?

i probably read like 100 books in my life, pretty trash, but when you have plenty of interests you can't focus on everything

don't worry too much about it as long as you skim through it. 99% of non-info books are dull and uninteresting. There have been more interesting shit post on 4chan than there are in literature.

It feels like u are losing someone that u bonded with throughout ur time reading that book and u kinda make a one sided connection with the writer which is kinda good... overall if it's a good book then it's def a great experience and worth spending time on...
