i want to eat more, and gain weight but i have very low appetite and eat very little
 
If you can’t bring yourself to eat much, try to make sure that what you do eat is high in calories/protein/nutrients for the volume.

Do you exercise? I don’t typically have an appetite much at all, but I often feel hungry after being in the gym for a while.

Also, how are your testosterone levels…? Do you know what your BMR is? Higher testosterone levels can increase your BMR and thus make you feel hungry more often… Regardless, if your BMR/TDEE is not high, you don’t need to eat a lot.
 
i will try excercising, i dont know my testosteron levels
 
Start drinking coffee, it increases your appetite
 
caffeine is a appetite suppressant
