I meab in social situations I have 0 dopamine. I never talked with ultra normies ever but rn even w people I like somewhat my dopamine is low. What to do? I was prankster class clown till 9 th grade but my dopamine just got fucked in 10 th grade due to depression stress and too much fap. I feel much better now on ray peat diet but wondering if you have any tips to go the next level
