I think most people here could say that they have 'no empathy', but in reality it's just hidden. There aren't many experiences in life that require/bring out true empathy from someone.

I also have depersonalization so i feel like life is dream

same tbh I have lucid dreams while awake, I'll daydream automaticly while walking and have conversations and all while completly forgeting none of it is real then consider those conversations as real and bring them up next time I talk to the guy.
sometimes I'm aware but still straped in a haze and allow myself to not controle the fictionnal world only myself, it's like talking to my subconscious
