I have done dumbel rows wrong for past 6 month as noob and no enough back execcrice. started doing Bent-Over Rows 2 week ago and Im planning to buy Pull up bar in my home. Chest, shoulder and bicep has grown but lats have grown tiny bit. 6 month progress. I still like over 26% bodyfat. Im currently cutting/recomping.
