I’ll check again in a bit I don’t think so, I kinda have to smile wide but my nasal base is very recessed too so I really want to push that forward cuz my entire midface is flat and high cut lefort 1 I heard is the way to do that

This is an example of a mild case of SFS.
Low gonial angle, clearly lacking vertical growth in the maxilla. Likely if he opened his mouth, his gums will not be visible in his upper teeth, and his upper teeth will have a clear lack of visibility.
If your gums in your upper teeth clearly show while you're smiling, it's very unlikely you have SFS.
