179cm is okay height btw. I suggest you get lean (not too lean, maybe 15–18% bodyfat) and start going to the gym. Not as a way to cop bbut to improve your life. More muscle and strength makes you feel more confident knowing you are a more dominant guy. If you are ND, I'm not sure what to tell you. I guess you can do softmaxxing and exposure therapy. Since you don't feel like doing anything, I think it's a good idea to try becoming confident and lowering inhibition. Force yourself to talk to people, try talking to girls.

If human's life in particular then firstly we need to understand how this species differs from all others, we need to identify a specific quality of the species that makes it what it is. In humans, this is reason and morality, accordingly, the meaning of human life is to lead a rational and moral life. and you can apply that pattern to another forms of life

What makes you think animals don't have morality (not saying they do)? Also, maybe humans do find purposes, but there is probably no actual purpose. The human brain rewards you by making you feel good for certain things and the opposite. Objective purpose isn't real probably though.

Senses don't lie as they aren't logical propositions, senses only use habitual meaning to perceive, anything you perceive is true in some way even if others disagree, it's simply an individual thing. Only in language we can share a world, what's true or false according to a mutual agreement.
