I have one day to debloat and drop 1%bf HELP

I have a day before I return to school to pick my results up I will DO anything to debloat (that’s natural) can someone help (food, excercise etc) 🙏🙏

losing 1kg is absolutely possible in a day but it will be mostly water. if you’ve wrestled before you know this


Step 1: Put on a tracksuit/hoodie
Step 2: get a cup
Step 3: get on an exercise bike with said cup
Step 4: Ride it all day, spit in a cup the whole time and do not drink anything.
Step 5: Use a sauna if you get tired and get back on the bike once recovered

That’s what I’ve done in boxing conditioning before great advice, solution goes to u brobro
