I have one of the worst eye areas of all time

It looks decent when I smile, but my canthal tilt cooks me bro holy . Genuinely the second I turn 18 I’m getting a canthoplasty yo . Is there anything I can do to fraud atleast a neutral tilt? Anyone know of anyone diy stuff I can do to give my lateral canthus more support to bring it up a little? I’ve seen some bs like eye pulling but I think it’s cope sadly The last picture is when I smile and the outer corner of my eye gets support, any advice?
