I've had mine extracted they were causing problems

herbst isnt effective ngl it creates and illusion of movement. it makes you extremely prone to painful tmj too

Had multiple accidents as a kid and braces were a lifesaver. My jaw and teeth distances or whatever you wanna call them etc grew in finalized 100% correctly in my 20s sort of too so I am perma mewing by default state. Also perfect straight teeth mogs, braces cost almost nothing for the halo ROI you get. It is almost trolling to not get braces if you have crooked teeth.
