I have one the weirdest most bullshit maxilla’s ever

My paeansal region is reccesed brutally which causes hook sucked in nose and giga nasolobial folds but my upper maxilla is projected but at same fucking time my infras are either low set or reccesed so i still have horrible eye support

Also my glabella is flat giving me that Digusting none existent nose to glabella crease

This is a fucking joke man right?

Also my mandible is reccesed and my chin is down ground causing my lower lip to droop down
