I have only eaten proper food twice in the past week

I am too aspie to go into restaurants on my own comfortably, I can't get uber eats where I am and fast food places are PACKED here....

I've mostly been eating only yoghurt, jam donuts and kabanos for the past 8 days.
Only went to a restaurant when it was past 9pm on a weekday twice.
