Spray on tan/temporary fake tan seems extremely geh. I've been eating carrots, but my skin color hasn't really changed.

Which is the best option here to avoid aging or any possible side effects (like cancer) while still looking my best?
1) Use spf50 sunscreen and go sit out in midday sun for 30 mins a day.
2) Use a different spf but still (1)
2) Go to a tanning bed
3) Live with pale skin
 
It isnt that bad tho even can be halo in ethnic countries
 
If you have contrast like black hair and light eyes you fine
