I have peppermint oil and derma roller, my eyebrows look like they are fading away. Is this how im supposed to use it?

step 1. clean the derma roller with alchol
step2. apply peppermint oil on your eyebrows(tell me how much)
step 3. derma roll in UPWARDS DIRECTION, SIDE TO SIDE, WHEREVER THE ARCH IS, derma roll for 2 minutes
step 4. after you derma roll, all the pepperment oil should be gone

is this right steps? also do i have to put anything after derma rolling?
