My lower maxilla is so short and recessed that it literally hurts. When I was little I looked more normal but braces and not having some teeth ruined my midface, I literally look deformed when I smile and my teeth are not showing. I don't have money nor the courage to do surgery and all I can do is push the teeth forward with the tongue all the time and thumbpulling
