I have plagiocephaly but good genes, any way to improve?

My parents have godtier genes. I got unlucky and although I still have good phenotypes, my whole face is crooked and my jawline is fucked because of how crooked it was before I had surgery to correct it. My nose is also crushed from an injury I had as a kid. Here's a video, I know my hair is fucked but was too lazy to rerecord.



Can anything fix my left side? Or is it over?
