You should take glue (best and stickiest glue you can find) and fiber glass, mix. Apply small amounts to the negative hooded area, not the whole area. This was used in the Massai, Redouk, Ounaki, tribes for aesthetic purpose. It would unrelax the muscle tissue and titen the fat cells to reduce excessive size of negative hooding while pointing it more up wards via your brow, this will greatly improve ur hooding and brow tilt if this is a problem.
