but the one where they behead the dad in front of his son, and then cut out the sons heart while hes alive and rip it out, has fucked me up.

the most fucked part is when he starts yelling out of agony , i winded up slightly fainting while watching it, and had to get up and drink water

its been 2 weeks since i watched it.

And now my brain keeps replaying the moment his heart got ripped out, and it gives me a slight panic attack.

just hearing my heart beat when i try to sleep at night, gives me anxiety now. i keep getting reminded of that guys heart being ripped out when hes alive.

And i keep thinking like how would it feel, and the whole thing makes my skin crawl.
