You will be eligible for bimax
On insurance , go to the doctors and try to fraud breathing issues nasally and breathing in general.
Then they will think you will be at risk for sleep apnea in the future when they see your maxilla and airways, so if he does his job he should offer you bimax, and get insurance to cover it.
Boom free bimax and you mog.
Only way to fix that maxilla anything else is cope. Thumb pulling especially is cope.
