I have random instances of strong animosity towards anybody close to me

I don't know why it happens and i've had to physically stop myself from completely going over and killing someone

Maybe but i don't know what the trigger is. I know i went through some shit as a child but i can't remember what it was due to dissociation

well that isnt gonna clear up on its own, how bad is it like is it common for this to happen? type shit u might need a phycologist or smthing for

I already go to a psychologist but i don't want to tell him that i feel this way because he is gonna force me into a mental ward

nah moderate violent tendencies should be fine (also good to check early), I barely got sent off with suicidal & homicidal ideation as long isnt anything extreme u should be good, u dont want that urge to grow or manifest into something crazier
