Having a rather flat maxilla doesn’t mean it’s clinically recessed. There is a norm range and there are obviously some normal variations.
If you have an underbite, you are definitely recessed.

Yeah. Still hard to say. You have a hyper-masculine and very protrusive chin area.
Is this natural or did you do anything to it?
Could be prognathism.
Any type of prevalent malocclusion?

The maxilla itself does not look too recessed tbh. Nose seems fairly straight and projected.

Best talk to an orthodontist or maxillofacial surgeon.

u have average dimorphism, and even if u werent dimorphic, your chin wouldnt be the problem
