1. by far favorite moment: Lucius Malfoy to Harry: "were u really foolish enough to think kids have a chance against us?" (he meant his adult fellow death eaters)
2. Voldemort telling harry to kill bellatrix: "You know the Spell Harry"
3. dolores ubridge: "i demand discipline and order!"

there are many more, i cant recall them now, these were just from movie order of te phoenix"

ah, recalled another one: when wormtail killed cedric pattinson when voldemort ordered him to "kill the unnecessary one" - "Avada Kedavra" and he was dead

another one: voldemort: "lets welcome the muggle that has been listening to us: "AVADA KEDAVRA"!

and obviously barty crouch jr. when he revealed to harry he was behind the conspiracy to bring harry to voldemorts cemetery, he was ultra high iq, like he showed with finger to his head to show it was all about iq.
