I have several flaws and Problems, but they are my smallest problems

Lets say im fat or i have a small flaccid dick or Bad teeth, or i dont Like my irl Name.

Very small Problems compared to the coughing or Back pain i have, or broken neurotransmitters, or that i have No Money

I have a Problem, but its Not the only one, so i dont really worry about my problems

Also the flaws i have so Long already, they overpained, overblacked, dont Hurt anymore or i can Drive them down with competing associations, Trauma chaining etc. (U dont need to Understand).

Also many flaws wouldnt Matter If i managed to kill Off all ppl
