Feel like I’m hardstuck without surgery. My estradiol levels are 10 pg/ml yet I still have raging (and real) gyno. Currently natty, testosterone (free) is 49.7 what do I do?

Before you say ralox or tamox, I value my height and currently are in puberty

physiological systems are multifactorial

could be that your chest tissue is sensitive to the little estrogen you have - i.e. more estrogen receptors or another factor that increases tissue growth
or that your estrogen isnt getting reused/reabsorbed/discarded whatever by the body and in it circulating for longer it increases your gynecomastia

you also could just be fat and this is psedogynecomastia - just fatty tissue not fibrous tissue.

could also be a benign tumor - i.e. chest lipoma:

like it could be a fucking ton of things really

It’s real Gynecomastia, I’m sure, inspected by doctor too. Doc says it’s pubertal, but it’s been there for 1.5yr+ and is fully hardened. Don’t know what to do.
