I have short face syndrome GENOIPLASTY ?

I dont really have too much breathing problems its just that i have too long of a ramus, and too short of a gonial angle which makes my face look flat and my lower third much smaller than my middle third, i mainly have a problem with how i look rather than function. Can i jsut get a genio plasty, getting my chin augmented down and forward, to incraese lower third height and increasing my gonaical angle to a more optimal angle, and projecting my chin. Or since sfs is so structural do i need to get double jaw with it to actually make a proper aesthetic difference. I mainly just want to make a cosmetic difference.

I have the same issue,wake up son we need trimax with downgrafting

No son,you need trimax like he did .You are lacking lower maxilla height and have recessed lower maxilla + lower short height jaw
