  • Delusions. These are false beliefs that are not based in reality. For example, you think that you're being harmed or harassed; certain gestures or comments are directed at you; you have exceptional ability or fame; another person is in love with you; or a major catastrophe is about to occur. Delusions occur in most people with schizophrenia.
  • Hallucinations. These usually involve seeing or hearing things that don't exist. Yet for the person with schizophrenia, they have the full force and impact of a normal experience. Hallucinations can be in any of the senses, but hearing voices is the most common hallucination.
  • Disorganized thinking (speech). Disorganized thinking is inferred from disorganized speech. Effective communication can be impaired, and answers to questions may be partially or completely unrelated. Rarely, speech may include putting together meaningless words that can't be understood, sometimes known as word salad.
  • Extremely disorganized or abnormal motor behavior. This may show in a number of ways, from childlike silliness to unpredictable agitation. Behavior isn't focused on a goal, so it's hard to do tasks. Behavior can include resistance to instructions, inappropriate or bizarre posture, a complete lack of response, or useless and excessive movement.
  • Negative symptoms. This refers to reduced or lack of ability to function normally. For example, the person may neglect personal hygiene or appear to lack emotion (doesn't make eye contact, doesn't change facial expressions or speaks in a monotone). Also, the person may lose interest in everyday activities, socially withdraw or lack the ability to experience pleasure.

Dude if it's true then you need professional help.
Go to a therapist.
That's what therapists are for to help people with actual mental illnesses not incels.

like weed?
No, weed is known to exacerbate schizophrenia and other mental illnesses. If you think you're prone to mental illness, I would definitely recommend avoiding weed. You should talk to a doctor about this, talking about on here isn't going to help you fix it

do you think that being hungry in a caloric deficit and not sleeping well like i used to might caused that?
Yes, starving yourself can cause pretty much every symptom you just listed, depending on how badly you've been depriving yourself of food. However, I'm not going to offer any advice about this because I'm not a doctor.

You're likely not schizophrenic. Usually, you have to go through an episode of psychosis, where your negative symptoms will progressively worsen until a tipping point. At the tipping point you either do something that lands you in a psych ward (they med you up), or a trip to the psychiatrist for them to med you up. There will be periods of lucidity between episodes... at which point you might/or might not become self-aware of hallucinations/delusions depending on how far gone you are...

I should know because I am currently wearing earplugs while typing this to block out auditory hallucinations from the outside world. I will hear shit everywhere I go and I believe this to be a terminal ailment. I must have done something very wrong in my past life to deserve this... because the choices are 1) to be a semi-functioning tortured soul 2) be a lobotomised, barely sentient vegetable that will die prematurely from the poisonous anti-psychotic drugs. Essentially, the meds are considered a lesser of 2 evils for people that would not be able to function without them. I, unfortunately, exist simultaneously in the real world and the world of my delusions. This has given me freedom of choice and I consider that choice a life sentence.

bro imma rope rn, im legit crying, does it have a cure
Not really, I assume it's because of chemical imbalance. Many people learn to live with it, as long as you tell yourself your hallucinations aren't real you should be OK.

I have all of these except for hallucinations and exessive movement. If you end up becoming a schitzo on the bright side you wont be lonely cuz you will always have the voices to keep you company.

Dude my shrink thinks I have every madness out there, every week he suggests I might have a new disorder.

Thing is I am worried I MIGHT actually be imagining shit now.

Last week I was lurking on my exes social media (the only one she forgot to block me on) when I was waiting for him, and I swear I saw her flirting with some random Italian guy, and I told it to my shrink when I got inside, and he said are you sure it's flirting show me maybe u r misinterpreting, so I go to look and it's disappeared, so I am questioning myself did I totally hallucinate it?? And if so what else have I hallucinated??????
