The solution is simple:
1) Find out if you have any really bad failos and fix them with surgeries if you have to to at least become normie level in the face
2) Gymmax by adding 30-40 lbs of muscle to your frame in 3 years of natural serious training
3) Leanmax by cutting down to 10% body fat
4) Stop giving women so much attention and telling them compliments, only talk to the girls who like you (those who look at you for a very long time in your eyes), and don't approach those who don't even notice you
5) Go out to clubs twice a week to get laid (friday and saturday night) by talking to hot women in the club and NOT complimenting them like a beta nice guy, just act normal instead.
If you do all this in the right order, you'll ascend, you just need a normie face, an impressive physique, and to stop putting women on the pedestal, and go out to clubs every week and you'll get laid, I guarantee it, unless you are shorter than average height in your country.
