This feat ruins my dimo even tho I barely have any to start with, thinking about mse and dame expanding both my lower and upper palettes this will promote width and a bit of height I believe, any thoughts or ideas, should I shave the top part of the mustache to make it look longer? Will mark helpful replies as solutions

its not the philtrum. your eyebrows are extremely low dimo. your philtrum length means nothing for dimo, its more about chin-to-philtrum ratio, of which yours is dimorphic

I’m getting lower eyelid retraction an planning on infra implants, very subtle ones along with fat grafting and maybe a little filler to top it off, this of course needs to be done after I sort out my pallete and jaw first

my forehead is also a curved slope I made a thread about it this ruins my whole side along with resscion, I’m planning on getting frontal bossing along with a hairline advancement
